CREDIT CARD SCAM

Due to a recent database breach in a company who processes credit and debit card transactions for Visa and Mastercard worldwide, we are reminding our members to protect themselves from “phishing” attacks. Be suspicious of emails, text messages or phone calls requesting personal or financial information. The scammers might ask for cardholder billing addresses, or the 3 digit code on the back of your card. Never respond to these requests. Monitor your account closely and report any discrepancies immediately.
